Rail Mobile Workers

Joint project of the European rail social partners CER and ETF (2017-2018)

CER and ETF, with the support of EVA Academy, carried out a social partners' project with the objective to assess the implementation and application of their 2004 Agreement on certain aspects of working conditions of mobile workers engaged in interoperable cross-border services in the railway sector.

The project was financed by the European Commission and project activities ran in 2017-2018.

The main results of the project are presented in the project report and social partners’ joint conclusions.
