The essay is co-authored by Professor Oliviero Baccelli, a Transport Economist at the Bocconi University and responsible for the transport division at the GREEN Research Centre, and Dr Alberto Mazzola, CER Executive Director and Co-Chair of the EESC’s Consultative Commission on Industrial Change.
