EU Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy
EU Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy
The EU Strategy for Sustainable and Smart Mobility (EUSSSM) was announced by the European Commission as part of its Communication on the European Green Deal. The EUSSSM aims to contribute to the achievement of the EU Green Deal target of reducing transport-related greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 90% by 2050.
European railways support this agenda with the full strength of their own undisputed sustainability credentials. On this page you can find our contributions aiming to help shape a succesful strategy for greener European mobility.
