CER Position Paper on "The authorisation process of structural subsystems and vehicles under directive 2008/57/EC" - 08/57 - DV29 VERSION EN02

CER strongly supports the idea to provide a common understanding amongst the Member States and the stakeholders. The second draft of DV29 already provides a good basis for a common understanding. Nevertheless further points still need to be clarified.
