The proposal for a regulation on bus&coach passenger rights has entered Second Reading. CER welcomes the definition of passenger rights in all transport modes at European level, as long as is provides a regulatory level playing field for the various transport modes. Besides, European passengers should be ensured to get adequate and uniform rights and assistance when travelling in Europe.
