Distinguished national experts contributed chapters about the railway reforms in 10 countries and the book also includes a chapter on reforms outside Europe. The book (“Reforming Europe’s railways – an assessment of progress”) describes what has and what hasn’t worked in Europe over the past decades. The book has also been published in German (“Eisenbahnreformen in Europa – Eine Standortbestimmung”).
